I went to Tsugaike Nature Park for the first time in 10 days. The skunk cabbages were in bloom. And there was still plenty of snow. I found a nice slope nearby and enjoyed skiing a few times. This was fine. I was very happy. My outfit for today was a combination of crispy soft shoes SYDPOLEN GTX and KARHU half edge skis SOLSTICE XT. I guess it's that time of year again when I can take out my half edge skis and enjoy them... yeah, yeah. I'm wearing a T-shirt, too. And it's made of cotton. Backcountry skiing with a cotton T-shirt. Road bike with a cotton T-shirt. I know... Both have the same feeling of looseness and severity at both ends as the cotton does. It's a relaxed expression. In reality, it's a kind of warning not to overdo it in advance. I climbed the hill without difficulty, walked around and skied without difficulty, and then went down to my house for lunch. That's how I spent the morning. My electric-assisted bicycle. A green tunnel. Snow. Light, heel-free skis. A cotton T-shirt. No one around. All I can hear is the birds singing. That's the video. I hope it will serve as a reference for the remaining snow situation. May 28, 2025 Added: Isn't it amazing that there is still snow at the ski resort? What's more, it's super flat. |
